At Lone Sheep Wines, we believe that less is more when it comes to great winemaking. Our approach is rooted in small-batch production and minimal intervention, allowing the vineyard to speak louder than the winemaker.

We seek wines that are farmed thoughtfully, harvested by hand, and ferment in small lots. Our chosen winmakers are paying close attention to every barrel, every ferment, every vintage. In the cellar, they step back more than they step in, avoiding additives, unnecessary manipulation, and over-processing.
